Joining Instructions

This is a highly interactive course delivered by means of case studies, classroom discussion, group work and individual/group presentations. Candidates will be continuously assessed through individual and group exercises and will have to pass a multiple-choice test.

This course provides an update on health and safety, welfare and environmental issues.- How health and safety law is currently structured- How the supervisory role fits in with the managers role in controlling the site safely- Carrying out site inductions, briefings and Tool Box Talks- Understanding the need for method statements- Improving communication routes within site activity- Behavioural safety- Supervision of Occupational Health.
